Looks like there's an awfull lot of fanfare involved with Steve Millen's appearance. I'm not sure why that is. And he chose to bring a GTR instead of a Z. In light of the recent new pricings of Stillen Z32 parts/accessories in what appears to be an effort to unload his involvement in the Z32 arena, it seems ironic that the ZCon 2009 staff are tripping over themselves over him. It's quite clear that future Stillen Z32 goodies will be no more in this latest move yet there's such fervour over him anyway. Nothing less than a royal treatment is being offered up to him (read flight and accomodations paid for by the ZCon event) yet other (read more generous) event contibuters have all been given but a tertiary thank you. Not to mention names, but this doesn't bode well for future ZCon events when a major sponsor of the event gets very little recognition let alone anywhere near the royal treatment being offered to Steve Millen.
Just an opinion from someone standing on the outside looking in.
What's even stranger is that I don't see any Stillen prizes being offered up.
Did Steve Millen not offer any of his products as prizes?
